- Defined the required product proposition including pack formats, recipes, pricing and promotion.
- Described the supply chain structure and market investment and recommended how the business entity should be structured.
- Provided comprehensive financial modeling, including projections for category share, distribution building and P&Ls.
Approach
- The project provided clear direction on the opportunity, market challenges and changes required to the existing business model. It compared available market entry alternatives with detailed financial projections for the final recommended option.
