Top tips for China
Read this if you are considering exhibiting at FHC in Shanghai in November. The Chinese market offers incredible opportunities but would-be exporters face tough challenges in a market with no knowledge of the UK’s strengths.

Foot and Mouth Disease update
The ban on exports of meat and related products to EU Member States was lifted for all areas of the UK except for the surveillance zone in Surrey. Restrictions remain in place in various non-EU Member States, a number of whom require the UK to have ‘FMD-free’ status, some for a number of months. FMD-free status will be officially regained on 7 November, although there is hope that the International Health Organisation will reinstate the UK’s FMD-free status before November. Visit FFB’s information page for information about the current international trade situation.
